While we try to save every tooth possible, sometimes a tooth must be extracted. It could have been damaged in an accident or due to severe decay. 

Sometimes baby teeth stay in place too long and the adult tooth does not have room to grow.  For teens, this often happens with wisdom teeth. A person getting orthodontic work may need teeth removed. 

Whatever the circumstances, our dentists use their decades of experience and training to make the procedure as smooth as possible. With empathy and calmness, they support each patient during an extraction.
